What are you willing to do to educate all children?

There needs to be a clear round of communication in schools. Education is very important in order for one to succeed. Communication is needed in a classroom with the students from teachers in order to accommodate into their needs in the classroom to be able to understand and help them in any way they can possibly can. Effective communication with other teachers has the benefits of sharing ideas for lesson plans, advice, collaboration and much more. Engaging with other teachers in the school is super beneficial for the students and teacher effectiveness. Without communication the students wouldn’t be as successful as they could be with the use of communication.  The teachers need an effective communication skill with the students to be able to understand how they need to learn and also need to build on the trust between the student and teacher. How Does Gender Affect the Teaching Profession

  Gender stereotypes have a major impact on our society today, especially in schools. In Teacher Wars, chapter two; Repressed indignation was based off of Susan B Anthony who was a woman’s right activist. She accomplished anti-slavery that abolished slavery, leader of the American equal rights association, and founded the national woman suffrage association, she brought attention to the issue of women’s suffrage and way many more significant turnings points of the United States. She was a top leader in the women’s suffrage movement, which led to the nineteenth amendment which allowed women the right to finally vote. She also fought for equal rights between men and women. In chapter two, Anthony took her teaching job seriously, but had resented her male colleagues due to her earning less than them doing the exact same job.
